Playground lunch and Turning Torso

Light lunch with Tanja and kids at Västra Hamnen's playground.

Turning Torso. Climbers at the mid sections. Jenny on the ground.

This year's first bike wash

Fortunately Kasper helped me. He gave it an aggressive Stockholm-treatment.

It's all in the details... "De e 'muts här"...

Coffee and ladybugs in Mölle

Coffee at Jenny's grandmother's place in Mölle. The view from the apartment is fantastic. And yes, it's a rubber bat in the chandelier.

Refrigerator photo discussion. Memories...

Touring downtown Mölle.

It's a ladybug invasion on the west coast this summer.

Nimis, Kullaberg

A visit to Lars Vilks' Nimis and Arx, Kullaberg, Sweden. Dark clouds appeared out of nowhere and it started pouring down when we arrived at the parking space, so we ran to the cafe and sheltered until it had passed. The way down to the sculptures got quite slippery after that...

Some well deserved barbecue after the adventure.

A few days in San Francisco; JavaOne and donuts

Monday - Friday

After breakfast on Monday, Jenny took the shuttle to San Francisco airport and returned home. I stayed until Friday and covered the JavaOne conference; JCP EC pass / speaker pass (JSR-249 MSA 2 panel) / VIP access (Sony Ericsson).

Keynote moment - Oracle's Larry Ellison on stage; Oracle buying Sun.

Developers, developers, developers, ... Even though JavaOne had more attendees, there was so much more energy at Google I/O the week before.

And while I'm at it, the "breakfast" served at JavaOne has to be reconfigured from the ground up... Eating sugar-donuts early in the morning is not doing anything good for my health.
